In this 2 hour workshop you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and self-awareness in meditation. Through understanding proper posture, breath, and the passage of thoughts through this practice you will learn to find your own inner place of peace and serenity.
There will be plenty of space for questions and dialogue. Ayurvedic tea will be offered post-meditation.
